Dear Players, Parents, Supporters and Guardians
As from January 2008 Paul King will take over the running of the old ‘100 Club’ and will replace it with the ‘200 Club’. At the moment we have over 120 members hence the name change. The ‘200 club’ is simply a monthly draw where there will be 4 cash prizes to win.
The construction of the 200 Club is as follows
Each number will cost £1 a week (£4-00 a month by standing order to run for a minimum 12 month**) and this number will be entered into a monthly draw
If a parent takes 2 numbers (£8-00 a month by standing order to run for a minimum 12 month**) then their CHILD that is playing for any of the junior teams will be exempt from paying MATCH FEES. **If your child leaves the club then the 12 month is not compulsory and the standing order can be stopped.
If a parent takes 3 numbers (£12-00 a month by standing order to run for a minimum 12 month**) then their 2 CHILDREN that are playing for any of the junior teams will be exempt from paying MATCH FEES.** If your children leave the club then the 12 month is not compulsory and the standing order can be stopped.
Each number (1-200) will be randomly selected for each person that joins the “200 CLUB” and this number will be theirs for the full 12 month subscription
At the end of each month the draw will take place at the committee meeting and results will be made available to all team managers and be put on the Junior Web Site.
The proposed monthly prize list is as follows (as long as 200 numbers are taken, if not then prizes will be reduced proportionately). Prizes will be paid by cheque and posted to winners within 3 or 4 days of the draw
